My version of this recipe. Use as a sauce/glaze for Pork, Chicken or even Fish. Heck use it for anything you want.

  1. Pulse the Hatch Chilies in the food processor
  2. Fill a quart jar 2/3 full with Raspberries Add the Honey Pour the Hatch Chilies in and top the rest of the jar with additional Raspberries Fill the container with Apple Cider Vinegar and then seal the bottle
  3. Gently shake and rotate the bottle to mix the Raspberries and Chilies Store at Room temperature for a day or two to allow the flavors to meld. After that refrigerate for up to 6 months
