Potatoes
  1. Place the Potatoes in a ZipLoc Bag with the Italian Seasoning, Dried Parsley Salt, Black Pepper and Olive Oil. Suse Vide at 183 degrees for 1 hour
  2. Pour the contents of the bag onto a baking dish and place in your Smoker at 180 degrees for 30 minutes
  3. Place the Potatoes in the Air Fryer (reserving the liquid) and air fry at 390 degrees for 10 minutes then stir the potatoes and continue to air fry for an additional 10 minutes
  4. Place the Potatoes in a medium size bowl and toss with the Cheese Sauce
Cheese Sauce
  1. Place the Garlic and Butter in a Sauce Pan. Heat on Medium until the Garlic just starts to brown. Add the Heavy Cream, Cheese Blend and the Dijon Mustard. Stir and allow to bubble until thickened
Pork
  1. When the Potatoes are poured out of the Suse Vide bag place the Pork Chops in the bag with the residual of the Oil and Seasonings. Massage them in the bag and then place the bag in the fridge while the Potatoes continue cooking
  2. When the Potatoes start the second air frying session heat a Cast Iron skillet on high heat. Pour the reserved Olive Oil and Seasonings into the Skillet and then sear the Pork for 2-3 minutes per side
  3. Remove the Pork Chops from the Pan to rest. Turn the heat to medium and deglaze the Pan with with White Wine then stir in the Heavy Cream. Stir to combine
Recipe Notes

Pour some of the Pan Sauce on the Plate and place the Pork Chop on top of it. Add a Side of the Cheesy Potatoes and garnish with the Parsley.
