Flatten the Chicken Breasts. Season with the Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Oregano and Red Pepper. Add a layer of the Parmesan Cheese then a layer of Pepperoni.
Roll up the breasts using a Toothpick to hold them in place
Pour the Marinara sauce into the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle with some additinoal Crushed Red Pepper. Nestle the rolled up Chicken Breasts into the Sauce
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn on the Broiler. Top each Chicken Roll with a slice of the Mossarella then place back in the oven under the Broiler for an additional 3-5 minutes until the Cheese if golden.
Let the rolls and sauce cool for 5 minutes before serving garnished with a sprinkling of Parsley and some additional Parmesan Cheese
