Avocado, Tomato and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
Salad
- 2 English Cucumbers quartered lengthwise and sliced
- 12 Compari Tomatoes quartered
- 3 Avocado diced
- 1/2 Red Onion quatered and sliced thin
Dressing
- 6 Tb Olive Oil
- 3 Tb Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 Tb Rice Vinegar

Instructions
- Combine the Salad ingredients in a large bowl and posr the dressing over the top Toss to mix well Cover and chill of a few hours
