Boil the Sweet Potatoes and Garlic in a pan of salted water for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and then mash the Potatoes. Add Milk and Salt and continue to mash until light and fluffy. Cover and set aside to keep warm
Brown the Turkey, Onion and Crushed Red Pepper. Drain any fat if needed. Add the Zucchini, Carrots, Corn and Water. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer while covered for 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender
Add the Tomato Sauce, Worcestershire, Sage and Black Pepper to the Turkey and heat through
Spoon that mixture into a casserole dish. Then spread the mashed Sweet Potatoes over the top. Bake in a 375 degree Oven for 25 minutes.
