Modified from a recipe I found on-line
Loaded Potato Soup
Mix the Cream Cheese and Sour Cream in your slow cooker to blend them together
Whisk in the Milk then whisk in the Black Pepper, Garlic Salt, Salt and Crushed Red Pepper
Add the Hash Browns, Bacon and Cheese. Stir to combine.
Cook on Low 3-4 hours or on High for 1-2 Hours.
Serve garnished with the chopped Green Onions.
