Ginger Scallion Oil
- Peel the Ginger and cut into 1/2" chunks. Chop until fine in a Food Processor. Set aside in a bowl
- Cut the Green Onions into 1" lengths. Chop until fine in a Food Processor. Add to the bowl with the Ginger.
- Add the Salt to the Ginger and green Onions and mix well
- In a pot heat the Peanut Oil over High Heat until the Oil starts to just smoke. Remove from the heat and stir in the Ginger/Green Onion mix. Allow to cool to room temperature before serving
