Ingredients
- 18 oz Refrigerated Ravioli
- 24 oz Pasta Sauce
- 7 oz Ricotta Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese shredded
- Fresh Parsley chopped

Instructions
- Cook the Pasta according to the package directions. Generally 4 minutes at a low boil.
- Heat the Pasta Sauce to a simmer
- Drain the Pasta and place in a 7x11 baking disk. Pour the Pasta Sauce over the Pasta and toss to coat well. Sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese and place 6 large dollops of Ricotta Cheese on top.
- Place under the Broiler for about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for a 2 minutes. Serve garnished with chopped Parsley
