Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta according to the package directions. Generally 4 minutes at a low boil.
  2. Heat the Pasta Sauce to a simmer
  3. Drain the Pasta and place in a 7×11 baking disk. Pour the Pasta Sauce over the Pasta and toss to coat well. Sprinkle with the Parmesan Cheese and place 6 large dollops of Ricotta Cheese on top.
  4. Place under the Broiler for about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool for a 2 minutes. Serve garnished with chopped Parsley
