This is made with inexpensive fake krab but of course could be made with good lump crab meat.
Crab Salad Roll
Whisk together: Mayo, olive pil, paprika, mustard, chives, cayenne and the lemon juice until smoth
Fold in with a spatula the crabmeat, tomatoes, avocado and mango. Set aside
Cut the Kaiser rolls in half and scrape out the bread in the middle
Spread on the crab mixture and serve
