Chicken Rolls Ups

    Ingredients
    
                - 4 Chicken Breasts Sliced thin and pounded to 1/4"
 - 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese Shredded
 - Pepperoni slices
 - Onion Powder
 - Salt
 - Black Pepper
 - Dried Oregano
 - Crushed Red Pepper
 - Fresh Mozzarella sliced
 - 1 16 oz Marinara Sauce
 - Parsley

    Instructions
    
                - Preheat oven to 385
 - Flatten the Chicken Breasts. Season with the Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Oregano and Red Pepper. Add a layer of the Parmesan Cheese then a layer of Pepperoni.
 - Roll up the breasts using a Toothpick to hold them in place
 - Pour the Marinara sauce into the bottom of a baking dish and sprinkle with some additinoal Crushed Red Pepper. Nestle the rolled up Chicken Breasts into the Sauce
 - Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn on the Broiler. Top each Chicken Roll with a slice of the Mossarella then place back in the oven under the Broiler for an additional 3-5 minutes until the Cheese if golden.
 - Let the rolls and sauce cool for 5 minutes before serving garnished with a sprinkling of Parsley and some additional Parmesan Cheese
