  1. Heat oil in an ovenproof skillet over Medium. Add the onion. Cook until translucent
  2. Add the Carrot, Tomatoes, and Celery. Continue to cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the Ground Beef. Cook until no longer pink.
  4. Stir in the Bean. Sprinkle with the flour and stir to combine.
  5. Stir in the Beer, Worcestershire, thyme, Pepper and Salt. Then remove from heat to cool slightly while you preheat the oven to 400
  6. Dust the puff pastry with flour to roll out to be able to cover the skillet. Trim the excess edges from the pastry.
  7. Place the skillet in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving
Recipe Notes

Could also spoon the mixture into individual size ramekins/pie tins and cut the puff pastry, after rolling it out, to fit.

Also nice served with a dollop of Sour Cream.
