Sausage & Peppers Burger

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 Lb 80/20 Ground Beef
 - 8 oz Hot Italian Sausage
 - 1 Garlic Cloves grated
 - 1/4 tsp Dried Oregano
 - 1 Red Onion 1/4 inch slices
 - 1 Red Bell Pepper 1/4 inch strips
 - 1 Yellow Bell Peper 1/4 inch strips
 - 2 Tb Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 - 4 Provolone Cheese slices
 - 4 Hamburger buns Onion or Sesame Seed
 - 4 basil leaves torn
 - Marinara Sauce

    Instructions
    
                - Combine the Beef, Sausage, Garlic, 1/4 tsp Salt and some grinds of Pepper to form into 6 oz patties
 - Serve the burgers topped with the grilled veggies, basil leaves and a couple tablespoons of Marinara
