Wendy’s Chili Clone

    Ingredients
    
                - 2 lb 80/20 Ground Beef
 - 1 qt Tomato Juice
 - 1 15 oz Tomato Sauce
 - 1 15 oz Kidney Beans drained
 - 1 15 oz Pinto Beans drained
 - 1 Onion diced
 - 1/2 C Celery diced
 - 1/4 C Green Bell Pepper diced
 - 1/4 C Chili Powder
 - 1 tsp Cumin
 - 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
 - 1 tsp Salt
 - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
 - 1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano
 - 1/2 tsp Sugar
 - 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper

    Instructions
    
                - Brown the Ground beef and drain off the fat
 - Mix together the Beef and the other ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low 5-6 or on high 1-2 hours. Stirring occasionally. Could also simmer on the stove top stirring a bit more frequently
 
        
    Recipe Notes
    
                Garnish with some shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, etc..
