Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate
Creamy, delicious and oh so easy to prepare a head of time to have it waiting for you when you come in from the cold

    Ingredients
    
                - 1.5 C Heavy Cream
 - 1 14 oz Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
 - 6 C Milk
 - 1 tsp Vanilla
 - 2 C Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips

    Instructions
    
                - Stir all the ingredients together in the Slow Cooker
 - Cover and Cook on low for 2 Hours. Stirring occasionally until the mixture is hot and the chocolate is melted. It works really well to use an immersion blender to get it fully combined
 - Stir again just before serving. Again, put the spurs to it with the immersion blender to get bit of a froth to the Hot Chocolate
 
        
    Recipe Notes
    
                Feel free to add in some peppermint candies (or other flavors) and allow them to melt into the Hot Chocolate too.
Top with mini marshmallows or whip cream
