Heat the oil in a large skillet over Medium-high heat. Season the Chicken on both sides with Salt, Pepper and Crushed Red Pepper. Sear the first side in the pan for 6 minutes then turn over and sear the other side for 2 minutes.
Add the Mango, Mango Juice and Mango Chutney to the Chicken. Stir, cover and cook for another 8 minutes
Place the Zucchini strips in a large casserole dish along with 1/4 C of water. Season with Salt and Pepper. Cover with plastic wrap and cook in the Microwave on high for 1.5 minutes. Toss the Zucchini cover again with the plastic wrap and microwave for another 1.5 minutes
Place Zucchini strips on a plate with a Chicken Breast on top then ladle the sauce and cubed Mango over the top. Garnish with the sliced Green Onions and a wedge of Lime
