    Ingredients
    
                - 3 C Frozen Corn
- 1 Stick Butter
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- 3/4 C Mayo Best Foods
- 1/2 tsp Hot Sauce Yucatan Sunshine
- Cotija Cheese crumbled
- Cilantro chopped
- Limes wedges

    Instructions
    
                - Put the corn in a skillet on medium low heat and add the stick of butter to melt into the corn as it warms. Stir in the Salt and Pepper
- Fold in the Mayo and Hot sauce
- Serve with the crumbled Cotija Cheese and a wedge of Lime
