  1. Combine the Cream Cheese with the Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Diced Jalapeno
  2. Mix in the Chicken meat and the seasoning
  3. Place about 3 TB of the mixture in the middle of an Egg Roll Wrapper and seal it up
  4. Heat some vegetable oil to 400 degrees then cook the Egg Rolls in batches. Cook until each side is golden brown
Recipe Notes

Server with a side of a spicy jelly (Jalopeno, Habanero, etc..) to dip the Egg rolls in.
