PSMF – Sweet & Salty Beef Jerky

Protein Sparing Modified Fast

1/2 C Soy Sauce
1/4 C Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t Liquid Smoke
1 t Tabasco
1 t Garlic Powder
1 t Onion Powder
1/2 t Black Pepper
1/2 C Splenda Brown Sugar
