Chicken Avocado Lettuce Tacos
Lite, easy, cool, crisp, colorful and flavorful summer time dinner

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 lb Rotisserie Chicken shredded
 - 1/2 Red Onion small dice
 - 3 Avocado, Medium diced
 - 2 Limes juiced
 - 10 oz Grape tomatoes halved
 - 1 Yellow Bell Peper small dice
 - 1 Tb Sea Salt
 - 12 grinds Black Pepper
 - 1 tsp Garlic Powder
 - Romaine Lettuce leaves

    Instructions
    
                - Place the shredded Chicken, Red Onion, Yellow Bell pepper and Grape tomatoes in a large bowl with the Salt, Pepper and Garlic powder. Lightly toss to mix.
 - Dice the Avocado into a bowl and lightly toss with the Lime juice
 - Add the Avocado to the other mixture and again lightly toss to mix together.
 - Serve on a "taco" shell of Romaine Lettuce leaves
