Did you even notice that the title of the post that you replied to was “Week 1”? I have documented the entire process on this site. I dropped from 216 to 175. I have been hapy with the results. In fact, after being basically off the diet for about 2 weeks I went back on the first of this last week to drop my weight further down to 165.

I got down to 175 when I ended my diet. In the months sice my weight went back to 185 (almost right away and was expected) and has stayed there. I’m planning on going back on the diet this evening to get down to 165 and add 15 min in the AM and 15 min in the evening to using my treadmill so that my weight comes back up to 175 and stays there.

    Dave,
I will be starting the diet after my gall bladder surgery. I have a question – what do you eat for breakfast and snacks. I need an on-the-go breakfast – any suggestions?

“On the go” breakfast might be a liitle bit difficult. Typically what I did was to make a quick breakfast of Egg Beaters, sut up yellow squash and some cut up Deli sliced Turkey.

You could dice up the squash and Turkey the night before. Then in the AM throw the squash and Turkey in a frying pan sprayed with PAM. Once they start to brown up you pour in the Egg Beaters to scramble them up. Prep time is about 3 minutes and cook time about 3 minutes too.

Finish off with a glass of 16oz water with some lemon juice and fake sugar.
