Smoked Onion BBQ Glaze

    Ingredients
    
                - 1 Large Onion Cut in half
- 50 Garlic Cloves
- 2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 C Sugar
- 2.5 C Ketchup
- 2 Tb Worcestershire Sauce

    Instructions
    
                - Place the Onion and the Garlic Cloves on a foil lined baking sheet and place in the smoker for 2 hours at 250 degrees
- Place the smoked Onion and Garlic in an bowl with the Apple Cider Vinegar. Allow to soak overnight
- Use an Immersion Blender to puree the Onions and Garlic. Pour into a sauce pan and stir in the Sugar. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes. Maybe hit it again with the blender to ensure everything is thoroughly mixed
- Pour the mixture into a bowl (should be about 2.5 C) and add an equal amount of Ketchup along with the Worcestershire. Whisk to combine.
