- 8 oz Crescent Rolls
- 1 Lb Deli Turkey
- 8 Bacon slices, cooked
- 8 Swiss Cheese slices
- 3 Roma Tomatoes sliced thin
- 4 Eggs beaten

Instructions
- Unroll the crescent roll package and separate into 2 squares Place one square in the bottom of an 8″ pan (greased or parchment paper lined) Press dough to fit the pan
- Layer with 2lb of the Turkey, 4 slices of the bacon and 4 slices of the cheese. top with tomato slices Pour two of the beaten eggs over the top then repeat the above layer
- Place the remaining dough square on top of the final layer and pour the other two beaten eggs on top
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes Remove the foil and allow to continue baking for another 20-25 minutes Let sit at toom temp for 15 minutes before slicing and serving
