  1. Place the Potatoes and onions in the Crockpot. Whisk together the Stock, Garlic and Paprika. Por over the Potatoes and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3 hours
  2. Place the Potatoes in a serving bowl. Toss with the Green Onions, Salt and Pepper
Dill and Horseradish Aioli
  1. Whisk together the Sour Cream, Horseradish, Onion, Dill, Garlic and Salt. Chill until ready to serve
