The Death of a Company

The story of how greed, forgery and fraud killed Arizona's fastest growing general swimming pool contracting company.
(With a little Drugs, Lies, Hypocrisy, Homelessness, Unscrupulous Construction Contractors, On-line Romance and Adultery thrown in for good measure!)

Purpose of this WebSite:

This narrative is a work in progress and I will continually be editing current content and adding new information over the coming weeks and months as this farce plays itself out to it's inevitable conclusion.

The reason that I am creating/changing this site from it's original content is to provide a cathartic release for the pent up anger and frustration I feel from the betrayal of my trust by a partner and his confederates. This narrative contains many sarcastic observations and humorous asides (at least to me), so do not be surprised if you find some attempts at humor as I work through this project. After all every tragedy has a silver lining somewhere.

The closing of this company as a direct result of Michael Conway's actions is causing me to lose tens of thousands of dollars, while he walks free without any impact. Hopefully through the lawsuit that we have filed against him in Superior Court we will be able to obtain some form of justice or hopefully even compensation for the damage he has caused to myself, my family, our friends, our customers and our sub contractors. However, I do not expect any judgement against Mike and his confederates to result in their friends and associates changing their minds about the actions that went on, but it will make me feel vindicated.

In the end this story may serve as a good case study for a business / law class or even as a story in a local newspaper or magazine.
