Like the mythical bird that lends it's name to our metropolitan area we too shall rise from the ashes and fulfill the promise that Splash espoused, but failed to live up to. Namely, proactive communication with our customers and building a team concept with our vendors and sub contractors. We feel that by adding this dimension of service, support and attention to detail coupled with a partnership with our skilled tradesmen we will be able to deliver a superior product - on time and on budget.
