Instructions
  1. Combine the Ground Beef, Sausage, Oats, Eggs, Green Onions, Worcestershire and Crushed Red Pepper. Shape into 2″ size meat balls
  2. Coat a skillet with cooking spray and cook the meatballs in batches to brown on both sides. Move to your Crockpot when they are browned. Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or on high about 2.5 hours
  3. When the Meat is done cooking whisk together the Molasses, Soy and Lime Juice and pour over the top of the Meatballs and serve
