Instructions
  1. Combine the Turkey, Fish Sauce, Ginger, Sambal, Soy Sauce, Jalapeno, Cilantro and Go-Chu-Ka-Ru. Form into 1/4 lb Patties
  2. Place the Oils in a skillet on high heat. When the oil beings to shimmer add the Turkey Patties. Sprinkle a little of the Togarashi as the Burgers cook. About 3 minutes per side. Flipping as required until done
  3. Mix the Hoisin, Sambal and Rice Vinegar.
Recipe Notes

Serve the Burgers on Green Leaf Lettuce with a slice of Tomato, some chopped Cilantro and a drizzle of the Hoisin Sauce

You can substitute the Go-Chu-Ka-Ru (Korean Red Pepper Powder) with Paprika or Chili Powder

You can substitute the Togarashi with Cayenne Pepper Powder
