- 1 lb Petite White Corn frozen
- 2 Avocado finely diced
- 2 Tomatoes finely diced
- 1 15 Oz Can Black Beans drained and throughly rinced
- 1/4 C Cilantro finely chopped
- 1 T Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Black Pepper to taste

- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. You could also add any or all of the following 1/4 C Jicama, fined diced 1/4 C Red Bell Pepper, finely diced 1 Serrano pepper, seeded and finely diced
