Chili Lime Sauce
  1. Combine the juice of half the lime (about 2-3 tsp) with the Sour Cream, 1/4 tsp of the Chili Powder and the Garlic Powder. Set aside in the fridge until ready to use
Fish
  1. Season the Tilapia fillets with remaining 1/4 tsp of Chili Powder as well as Salt & Pepper.
  2. Put some tin foil on a broiler pan and coat with cooking spray. Place the Tilapia fillets on the pan and position under the broiler for 5-6 minutes.
  3. When you put the fish in the oven put the Tostada shells on a baking sheet and place on the lowest rack in the oven
  4. Remove the Fish and shells from the oven. Break the fish into chunks. Place fish portions on the Tostada Shell with a smear of the Chili Lime Sauce. Top with Shredded Cabbage, Tomatoes and Avocado slices and your favorite Hot Sauce. Serve with a wedge of Lime to squeeze
