- 1 can Spam
- 1 28 oz Can Peaches Drained, reserve the juice
- 1 28 oz Can Sweet Potatoes Drained, discard the juice
- 1/2 C Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 Tb Butter

Instructions
- Place the Spam in the center of a baking dish. Place the Sweet Potatoes and the Peaches around the block of Spam.
- Whisk together the reserved juice from the can of Peaches along with the Brown Sugar and the Dry Mustard. Pour this mixture over the Potatoes, Peaches and the Spam. Top with the butter
- cover and bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes. Slice the Spam like carving a Ham and enjoy…
