Instructions
  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a boil in a small pan and add the stemmed Jalapeno. Boil for 25 minutes
  2. Place the boiled Jalapeno, 1/4 C of the water the Jalapeno was boil in, the Chicken Stock, Poblano, Evaporated Milk, Salt, Lime Juice and the Avocado in a small mixing bowl. Use and immersion blender to puree until smooth
