  1. Prepare Matso Ball mix as directed. Add to the mixture the Horseradish and Fresh Dill. Chill and then form into 1″ Balls
  2. Bring the Turkey Stock to a boil. Add the Carrots, Jalapeno, Turkey Meat and the Matso Balls. Lower to a simmer, cover and cook for 20 minutes
  3. Serve garnished with additional Dill and Green Onions
