  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over Medium-High. Add the Ground Chicken and start to brown it.
  2. In a bowl combine the spices: Chili Powder, Crushed Red Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cumin, Black Pepper, Allspice and Salt.
  3. Once the Chicken has begun to cook add the spices and continue to cook until browned
  4. Add the Rotel, Beans and Onion to the Crockpot
  5. When the Chicken is done add the White Wine to deglaze the skillet then add the Chicken to the Crockpot and mix well
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4.
Recipe Notes

Substitute with Ground Turkey.

Serve garnished with chopped Cilanto and a dollop of Sour Cream with a side of Corn Bread and Honey
