Instructions
  1. Bake the potatoes (350 for 60 minutes) and allow them to cool before peeling and dicing
  2. Mix the Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheeses, Green Onions, Green Chilie, Pepper, Salt, Garlic Power and Flour
  3. Add the diced Potatoes and use a hand mixer on low to combine. Leave plenty of texture with the potatoes you are not looking to make a mash
  4. Form the mixture into balls and dredge in the crushed Cheez-It crackers (I use about half a box)
  5. Fry in hot oil (350) . Either deep fry or shallow fry about 2-3 minutes per side.
